CrossFit Optimus is a CrossFit Affiliated gymnasium located in Aldershot, specialising in one to one and small group functional fitness classes. The training is broad, general and inclusive, utilising functional movements to prepare the body to perform at its best whatever the situation.

It is our belief that being functionally fit means that we can face whatever physical challenges life may throw at us, whenever and wherever it may happen. Our training is universally scaleable to meet the needs of everyone; the challenges a twenty year old may face only differ from those faced by a sixty year old by degree, not kind. Both will face falls, both have to carry objects and both will benefit from functional training. At CrossFit optimus everyone is condsidered to be an athlete and is treated equally and without prejudice.
